The Shop

Designed by Arch. João Simões, the restaurant maintains its original features: wood-paneled façade and polychrome tile panel with lezirias scene, spatial structure, coatings and wooden furniture.

Shop History

Founded in 1946 by the father of the current owner, Artur Santos Pinto, in a space currently part of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation. In the mid 50’s, it opens at the current location.
