Deltrilã, located in the historic centre, facing Bolhão, it dedicates to Knitting threads retail, providing its clients a wide range of wools, cottons, arraiolos’ wools, jute canvas/Smyrna, needles for all types of crafts, among other products.

Shop History

Founded in 1957, Deltrilã maintains its activity since the opening date, as well as the ownership of the brand and premisses in the same family since its origin. Deltrilã dedicates to retail of knitting threads, valuing the national production and promoting the Know-how and selling of Portuguese products, using preferably Portuguese raw materials. Deltrilã is located on the first floor of an old building, preserving some elements of the time when it was founded, to what its interior architecture is concerned, we have to stand out an area to the transformation of skeins into yarns, production implied to its trading area. It also stands out the feeling of immersion in the world of yarns, that decorates all the shelves of the retail space, in a kind of fluffy rainbow, with a central counter, highlighting the scale, where the yarns are weighted.
