The Shop

Opened in 1913, it offers an exquisite space with period furniture. Located at Rua Santo Ildefonso, in downtown Porto, Ourivesaria Brilhante is currently one of the official evaluators Licensed by the National Press of the Mint. Features a vast collection of jewelry and decorative items in gold and silver.

Shop History

The Brilliant goldsmithing started with Mr. Queiroz as owner, who traded the business in the early 1940s to Mr. Manuel da Cruz Camareiro (whose trade name was Manuel Pessoa). Currently the owner is the daughter of Mr. Manuel Pessoa and since 1996 has associated the official Arlindo Santos, official appraiser of the Mint, guaranteeing the continuity of the business.
